Flash Floor® — Permanent-Grade Concrete Repair
Flash Floor® is an ultra-low viscosity structural repair system engineered to create permanent-grade concrete repairs by penetrating deep into the natural pore structure of concrete and forming both mechanical and adhesive bonds within the slab.
This deep penetration produces a monolithic repair that restores smooth traffic transitions, distributes load effectively, and minimizes stress concentrations that commonly lead to premature repair failure.
Repairs are typically traffic-ready in about 15 minutes at ~70°F, allowing facilities to return to service quickly with minimal disruption.

WHY FACILITIES CHOOSE FLASH FLOOR®
Flash Floor® is engineered specifically for industrial concrete repair in high-traffic warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.
Unlike traditional patch materials that sit on the surface, Flash Floor penetrates deep into the concrete pore structure and forms both a mechanical and adhesive bond within the slab itself.
Key advantages include:
• Traffic-ready in ~15 Minutes
• No saw cutting required
• Minimal surface preparation
• Deep penetration into concrete pores
• Smooth feather-edge transitions for forklift traffic
• Minimal disruption to facility operations
• Performs in extreme temperatures from −30°F to 120°F

COMMON INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE FLOOR DAMAGE
Industrial concrete floors are exposed to constant stress from forklift traffic, pallet impacts, carts, and automated material-handling equipment.
Over time this can lead to damage such as:
• concrete cracks
• deteriorated control joints
• spalled slab edges
• potholes caused by wheel impact
• uneven slab transitions
• cold storage floor damage
Flash Floor® is engineered to repair these conditions quickly while minimizing downtime in operating facilities.
VERIFIED SUBSURFACE PENETRATION
Flash Floor’s ultra-low viscosity formulation allows the material to penetrate deep into the concrete matrix rather than remaining on the surface.
Typical penetration extends at least ¼ inch into the concrete and can travel even deeper depending on the porosity and condition of the slab.
Unlike many traditional repair materials that rely only on surface adhesion—or cementitious patches that may not bond to the surrounding slab at all—Flash Floor penetrates into the concrete itself, creating both mechanical and adhesive bonding within the repair area.

[Above Photo] Highly magnified cross-section of concrete showing Flash Floor penetrating into the natural pore structure of the slab. The fluorescent material visible within the pores illustrates how Flash Floor bonds within the concrete to create a permanent-grade mechanical bond.
FLASH FLOOR VS EPOXY CONCRETE REPAIRS
Many industrial concrete repairs are commonly performed using epoxy patch materials. While epoxy products can work for some applications, they often rely primarily on surface adhesion and may not perform well in high-traffic warehouse environments.
Flash Floor® is engineered differently.
• No saw cutting required
• Minimal surface preparation
• Traffic-ready in approximately 15 minutes
• Penetrates deep into concrete pores
• Creates a mechanical and adhesive bond with the slab
• Designed for heavy forklift traffic
FREEZER AND COLD STORAGE CONCRETE REPAIR
Repairing concrete inside freezers and cold storage facilities presents unique challenges. Traditional epoxy and cementitious repairs often require heated enclosures, tenting, or extended preparation before installation.
Even when installed successfully, many epoxy concrete repairs can become brittle in cold environments and may crack or debond under forklift traffic and temperature cycling.
Flash Floor® is engineered to perform in extreme temperature environments without the need for heating or lengthy shutdowns.
Advantages in freezer environments include:
• Installation temperatures from −30°F to 120°F
• Rapid cure time of approximately 15 minutes
• Minimal preparation compared to traditional freezer floor repairs
• Penetrates deep into the concrete pore structure for stronger bonding
• Smooth transitions for forklift and pallet traffic

Flash Floor® is commonly used for freezer floor repair, cold storage concrete crack repair, and joint repair in refrigerated warehouses, distribution centers, and food processing facilities.
