Maintenance Solutions offers Perma-Lines, a first-of-its-kind permanent safety line striping system designed to eliminate repainting and ongoing maintenance associated with traditional floor markings.
Unlike paint, epoxy, or tape, Perma-Lines are not surface-applied. Each line is created through an extensive, fully manual process in which a shallow, precision-cut channel is carved directly into the concrete and filled with a high-strength, safety-yellow concrete repair polymer. This process permanently integrates the line into the slab rather than leaving it vulnerable on the surface.
While the installation process requires more time than traditional surface-applied striping methods, the finished Perma-Line hardens quickly after placement and is traffic-ready in approximately 15 minutes at average ambient temperatures of 70°F. This rapid cure minimizes disruption once the work is completed.
Perma-Lines are engineered to withstand heavy foot traffic, forklifts, pallet jacks, dragged pallets, aggressive cleaning methods, and exposure to harsh chemicals and solvents. The recessed, polymer-filled design resists abrasion, chipping, and wear far beyond traditional striping methods.
