Water is the biggest enemy against outdoor concrete. If water is not managed properly it will undermine the concrete slab by erosion and cause the slab to become unstable. An unstable concrete slab will break and cracked concrete will lead to more water issues. Water will pool on the surface of a slab, seep down through the cracks and cause even more erosion. This is a vicious cycle that will continue until there is virtually nothing left of your slab but rubble.
We offer a fast and durable solution to this problem that doesn't involve cutting and re-pouring a new concrete slab.
The process seen in these photos above took only one day. The lowest point of the slab was cut to install a drain and it was secured and repaired using our outdoor version of Flash Floor called Flash Track.
The other sunken areas of the concrete slab were repaired with Flash Track to a grade that would direct water towards the new drain.
After the last repair was made, it only takes Flash Track 45 mins to harden and be ready for heavy traffic.
