What do you do when your loading dock has been severely damaged?
Loading docks are a critical part of any company's operation. In some cases, like trucking terminals and distribution centers, they are the heartbeat of the building. Shutting down a loading dock can create logistical nightmares.
Cutting out and repairing a loading dock can shutdown a bay for days. But our unique materials and methods offer a faster and more effective alternative.
In this photo above, the edge of this loading dock could pull away and collapse at any moment.
Step1:
In the photo below, we anchored the detached section and braced/reenforced the the loading dock wall with a heavy steel bracket.
Step 2:
Once we secured and reenforced the wall, we then repaired the damaged concrete with our product, Flash Floor. Flash Floor it NOT and epoxy. Flash Floor is unique because it penetrates the pores of the concrete, fills in the void, and hardens in only 15 minutes. This creates a durable long-lasting structural repair.
This process was completed in only a few short hours. The customer's loading dock was reopened and back in full operation on the same day!
