⅖ Pallet – 72 Gallons Industrial Concrete Repair Materia
The 2/5 Pallet – 72 Gallons Industrial Concrete Repair Material includes 36 Flash Floor 2-gallon kits, providing a total of 72 gallons of Flash Floor.
Each 2-gallon kit consists of 1 gallon of Part A and 1 gallon of Part B.
Quantity & Coverage
36 2-gallon kits
72 total gallons of Flash Floor
Each 2-gallon kit provides approximately 1,340 cubic inches of installed concrete repair when used with the recommended aggregate.
Total estimated repair coverage of approximately 48,240 cubic inches when used with the recommended aggregate.
Aggregate Requirements
Flash Floor-grade kiln-dried aggregate is required for proper installation and is not included with this pallet. We recommend 2 FFAK Aggregate Kits for each 2-gallon Flash Floor kit.
For larger-volume projects, purchasing aggregate in bulk may be a more economical option. If you need assistance sourcing aggregate, contact us and we can provide recommendations for suppliers that offer pallet quantities of suitable kiln-dried aggregate.
Mixing & Application
No FF600 Applicator Tool is required. The 2-gallon system uses separate Part A and Part B components that are properly measured and mixed together prior to installation. Plastic mixing containers are required and are not included.
Experience Recommendation
For first-time Flash Floor users, we recommend gaining experience with the Flash Floor cartridge system before moving to the 2-gallon system. Flash Floor cartridges are self-mixing and provide an easier way to become familiar with product setup, application techniques, working time, and the overall repair process.
The 2-gallon system requires Part A and Part B to be properly measured and mixed prior to application, making familiarity with Flash Floor and its working characteristics especially beneficial before using larger-volume quantities.
Lead Time
Please allow approximately 7–10 days lead time for pallet orders.
Flash Floor is a high-strength, ultra-low-viscosity crystalline polymer compound designed for permanent-grade concrete repairs. It's easy to use, extremely fast-setting, traffic-ready in approximately 15 minutes, requires minimal preparation, and requires no saw cutting.
Its ultra-low viscosity allows Flash Floor to penetrate deep into the concrete for an exceptionally strong bond and long-term, concrete-like durability.
Flash Floor can be used for a wide variety of industrial concrete repairs, including worn or damaged control joints, cracks, potholes, spalls, and deteriorated concrete surfaces.
Flash Floor can also be installed in cold-storage and freezer environments and is designed for use in temperatures from -30°F to 120°F.
Flash Floor is not an epoxy. It cures quickly, provides exceptional bonding and durability, and offers a simple, efficient solution for repairing damaged industrial concrete.
